Delivery Options Overview

At 4xlshirts.pk, we ensure reliable nationwide delivery through our logistics partners Leopard Courier and PostEx. A standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 4000, while orders valued at Rs. 4000 or above qualify for free delivery. All orders are confirmed via a verification call prior to dispatch and are shipped from our Lahore office, with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 working days. Each shirt is carefully packaged to maintain quality and ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days after confirmation. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time, it may be due to courier delays or regional factors. You can track your parcel using the tracking number we share once your order is dispatched. If you still need assistance, please contact our support team, and we’ll coordinate with Leopard Courier or PostEx to update you promptly.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
No, deliveries are not made on public holidays. If your order is placed during a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
Yes, we deliver to all locations across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Your order will be handled by the nearest post office or delivery hub to your area, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Next-day delivery is currently available only for customers within Lahore. For all other cities, standard delivery takes 3–4 working days.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
A signature is not necessary for receiving your order. However, if you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), the payment must be handed over at the time of delivery to complete the order.
